1. Introduction Welcome to Curtain House Lebanon ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.curtainhouselb.com and your purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services We specialize in the supply, design, and installation of curtains, blinds, and upholstery.

Custom Orders: Most of our products are custom-made to your specific measurements. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We recommend scheduling a free site visit to see physical samples.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices are subject to change based on material costs and exchange rates. However, once a deposit is paid, the price for that specific order is locked.

All prices are in USD (or the daily market equivalent in LBP "fresh").

4. Orders & Payment

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm your order and begin production.

Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of installation or delivery.

We accept cash (USD/LBP) and other agreed-upon payment methods. Ownership of the goods remains with Curtain House Lebanon until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery & Installation

Timeline: We aim to complete supply and installation within 3 to 7 business days from the date of deposit and final measurement confirmation.

Access: The client must ensure clear access to the installation area. Please move any fragile items or furniture that may obstruct the window area before our team arrives.

Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, Curtain House Lebanon is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as import delays or force majeure.

6. Warranty & Returns

Warranty: We provide a warranty on our mechanisms (e.g., motorized tracks, roller blind systems) against manufacturing defects for a period of time from the date of installation.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or alterations made by third parties.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once the goods have been manufactured. If there is a defect or error on our part, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Curtain House Lebanon and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curtain House Lebanon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beirut.
